"We will surprise aggressors by weapons no one has in region"

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): "We will continue to hit the military targets and our targets will expand if the aggression does not stop," Information Minister of the Sana'a government Daifallah al-Shami has said in an interview with Al-Mayadeen.

"We will surprise the aggression countries with the increased capabilities over time, and the world will be surprised by our weapons that no one has in the region," he said. "Our targets are expanding in Saudi Arabia and UAE and we choose what affects the regime and its strategy without harming civilians."

Al-Shami pointed out that "the UAE is included in the targets bank". He confirmed, "any state that is participating in the aggression is among our targets."

"The equation that we set came after the exhaustion of diplomatic means," stressing "the equation we have announced has diplomatic and military aspects." He continued, "all military possibilities are available and we have a weapon that is characterized by long-term, great capacity and concealment."

This came after the operations that targeted Saudi airports by Qasef-2K combat drones. Shami pointed out that "the weapon we are talking about may be used now if we were forced and if the aggression did not open Sanaa airport," explaining that "the step of the drones and missiles is an initial step to confirm balance deterrence."

"Within four years, 300 targets have been identified in the aggression countries and now this they have been expanded to more than this," he said. " this will be confirmed soon."

The head of the National Delegation, Mohamed Abdulsalam, has said that "the US military admitting the downing of the reconnaissance drone, downed in the West Coast, proves that the aggression carries an US-Zionist agenda."

The US Central Command earlier has confirmed the downing of its an MQ-9 drone on June 6th in the west coast by the Yemeni air defenses. It is noteworthy that the air defenses of the Yemeni Army and Popular Committees were able to down six drones this month.
